Being offered a guarantee of no electricity bills for seven years is definitely something that makes people curious, but also cautious. It is understandable that people aren't sure what to think about that kind of guarantee. For all of our lives we have either paid electricity bills, or been told turn things off by somebody paying the electricity bill.

Technology changes things though. International phone call charges used to be so high that an international call was nerve wracking for whoever was paying the phone bill, in much the same way that turning on the air conditioning is for whoever is paying the electricity bill today. But when Skype (RIP) launched in August 2003, international calling became no cost. It took the next decade for the mainstream to be comfortable with Internet calling. There were plenty of questions and concerns about how it could be possible. More than twenty years later, many of us spend good chunks of our days on no cost calls to everywhere in the world. It is completely normal.

Reposit No Bill is the same. Like Skype, unfamiliar technology makes it possible. The experiences and conversations of real people make it acceptable. So here they are.
