What is No Bill™?

No Bill™ guarantees you’ll pay $0 for electricity for the next 7 years. That's right. You won’t pay anything for electricity or even see another electricity bill. We’ll design and install a solar and battery system tailored to your home and take care of your electricity bills for you. No more worrying about costs or admin, all you have to do is enjoy the benefits of clean, renewable energy.

How No Bill™ Works

Your journey with us begins with designing a solar and battery system tailored to your energy usage needs and priced competitively with your current electricity bills. Once we install your new solar panels, battery, and Reposit Smart Controller, we step in as your energy manager. From that moment on, we coordinate with your electricity retailer and take care of paying your bills. You don’t have to worry about a thing – no more confusing bills, no more bargain hunting for the cheapest retailer.

In exchange for handling the admin, we manage your solar and battery system remotely, delivering electricity where it is most needed. The Reposit Smart Controller uses its industry leading smart trading algorithms to deliver clean, green renewable energy to your home while supporting the grid when it needs it to help keep things stable and safe.

The Fair Use Cap – Free Energy, But Not Unlimited

We’d love to offer limitless free energy, but unfortunately, we haven’t cracked that code just yet. So your No Bill™ guarantee includes a fair use policy to ensure that all No Bill customers consume their energy in a fair and equitable way.

When you join, we look at your energy usage from the past 12 months and cover 120% of that amount each year. This gives you a 20% buffer to handle some extra energy use. We will also add in any additional loads you may be introducing in the future, such as an EV or air conditioner. This total amount of electricity is called this your Fair Use Cap (Cap) and is the amount of energy you can use under your No Bill Guarantee.

Throughout each month, we’ll send you electricity usage notifications so you know exactly how you’re tracking. You’ll also get access to the Reposit app, which gives you real-time insights into your energy consumption, so you can manage your usage with ease.

What Happens if You Go Over the Cap?

If your energy use exceeds the monthly Cap, we’ll work with you to bring your usage back within your Cap. Our goal is to keep you as a No Bill™ customer, so we’ll help you adjust your consumption or explore options to upgrade your system.

If your usage remains high, and you use more than your Cap for 3 months in a 3 year period, we may need to transfer your electricity bill back to you.

Looking After Your Solar and Battery System

Your solar and battery system is reliable and built to last, but like anything, it needs a little care. Don’t worry – we’ll monitor the system remotely and jump in to fix any issues if they come up. Our team of experts will take care of it, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

All we ask is that you treat the system with care. Avoid hosing it down, backing your car into it, or anything that could damage the panels or battery. If we reach out to you about a problem with the system, because we can’t resolve it remotely, we need your cooperation with troubleshooting the issue. Once a year, the panels will need a clean – and we can help you find someone to take care of that.

Who Can Join No Bill™?

No Bill™ is available to homeowners in our service areas. Your current electricity usage needs to be within a certain range to ensure the plan works smoothly – we’ll confirm this when you apply. If we’re not in your area just yet, don’t worry! We’re expanding all the time, so keep an eye out – we could be in your neighbourhood soon.

A System Designed Just for You

Our team of engineers and solar experts will design a No Bill™ system tailored to your home. We handle everything, from the initial consultation to installation and setup. If any meter upgrades are needed, we’ll arrange them and work with your electricity provider to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our installers are Clean Energy Council accredited and trained in Reposit’s technology, so you can feel confident your system is in good hands.

Installation Day – What to Expect

On installation day, all we need from you is a clear space on the roof and a safe area for the batteries. Please make sure pets and children are kept out of the way while our team works.

Once the system is installed and the Reposit Controller is up and running, we’ll handle everything from there. Some states require a Certificate of Electrical Safety before the system can go live, but don’t worry – we’ll manage that process for you. Even before the system is fully activated, we’ll start paying your electricity bills.

Ownership and Your No Bill™ Journey

After installation we will issue your final invoice for payment, then the system is yours to keep. Your No Bill™ plan will kick in immediately, and you can start enjoying the benefits of clean energy without worrying about bills.

Flexibility and Peace of Mind

We understand life can change, and we want No Bill™ to fit around you. There’s no lock-in contract, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Plus, we offer a 30-day cooling-off period after sale and before installation – if you change your mind, you’ll get a full refund on your deposit.
